Dohntec is committed to the highest possible quality of our products and systems. We established our own quality management systems and obtained ISO9001:2000 certificates in October 2005. Our employees understand quality is fundamental for better economic efficiency and competitiveness.
All stages of our process adhere to the stringent ISO9001 quality standard.
Dohntec has steadfast relationships with our suppliers of raw material. Chemical analysis and testing reports for each material must be presented upon delivery to our factory.
•Dohntec has a superior control system for material blending, we have our lab engineer carry out inspections to ensure precise material proportions.
•Dohntec carry out continuous monitoring of the process temperature for products to make sure our products meet the minimum 96% standard
•Dohntec review and check the individual finished products and those not reaching our high quality standards are removed from the production line.
•Dohntec do random sampling for the products ready to be shipped out, including physical and chemical test to make sure the quality is 100%.
•Dohntec do the inland & sea worthy packing for different products to make sure the products arrive to customer's site safely.
